Volunteer with CMHA
Be informed about Mental Health...
Be inspired by the people we help...
Be involved by lending your time...
Canadian Mental Health Association Haldimand - Norfolk is a non-profit organization that depends on volunteer participation to help increase public awareness and to help those affected by mental illness.
Because studies show that regular volunteer activity can have a positive effect on mental and physical health, we especially encourage those personally affected by mental illness to volunteer. Volunteering can be a satisfying outlet for your talents and interests and provides an opportunity for social contact and interaction. Volunteers are people who donate their time to help out and make a difference in their community. You too can make a difference by becoming a volunteer.
