Mental Health Promotion & Education is provided to increase awareness and understanding of mental health and mental illness, to reduce stigma and enhance the lives of community members in Haldimand and Norfolk.
CMHA wants to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended our 1st Annual CMHA Steps to Stop Stigma day! Over 160 people in Haldimand and Norfolk Counties came out to support the cause!
