5000 Friends Begins with YOU!
Group

5000 Friends is a unique campaign developed by the Haldimand-Norfolk branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association to provide services and education to our friends, families, and neighbours.

Studies show one in five people in Haldimand-Norfolk are affected by a mental health issue. Your contribution will help people close to home address these issues by allowing the CMHA to Promote positive mental health and well-being.

This isn’t just a request for a donation; the CMHA is inviting you to get involved as a partner. If you have ideas or suggestions , please call, email, or write to us today.
